Industry Applications
We offer rigorous testing for each application to ensure performance and compliance with industry standards.

Data Centers & Cloud Infrastructure
Data centers and cloud infrastructure have become highly profitable investments. They rely on massive computing power delivered by interconnected servers. These connections between servers and end users require fiber and high-capacity Ethernet cable assemblies for high-speed internet access.

Broadcast and Media Systems
Digital, cable, and satellite TV might not be as popular as they once were before live streaming hit the stage, but areas with low broadband connectivity still rely on these technologies. These broadcast and media system options require high-capacity and interference-free coaxial cables (RG-6/U or RG-59/U) for power and signal transmission, with F-type, screw-on, SMA, or BNC connectors.

Broadband Networks
Broadband networks provided by ISPs rely on three telecom cable technologies. The first is through coaxial cables, which are simultaneously used for cable TV. Fiber optic cables are more popular nowadays because they provide higher bandwidths, better speeds, and lower latencies. Ethernet cables round up the list and are primarily used to create LANs using cable standards like Cat6 and Cat5e.
Customizations For Any
Telco
Project
At Wiringo, we create custom cable assemblies for various voice and data applications across multiple configurations. Examples include:
Components | Options |
---|---|
Cables | Coaxial cables (RG braided cables, micro coax, semi-rigid cable, LMR types, and hand-conformed cables), Ethernet twisted pair (Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a, and Cat7), telephone, and ribbon cables with Various Gauges and Material Flexibility |
Connectors | RJ11, RJ45, 1.85mm, 1.0mm, 2.92mm, 10-32, 2.4mm, 7/16 DIN, 4.1/9.5 Mini DIN, Mini SMP, BNC, F, MCX, MMCX, Mini UHF, N, RCA, QMA, SMB, SMA, SMP, SMC, SSMB, SSMA, UHF, SSMC, U.FL, TNC, and UMCX in Standard, proprietary (waterproof, overmold), or specialty types (ix Industrial Connectors, GG45, ARJ45, M12, Mini-FAKRA Connectors) |
Layouts | Designed to fit your system architecture |
Material | Wide shielding, insulation, and jacketing available for indoor and outdoor use. |
Solutions | Breakout and Harness: Cable breakouts and transitions come in popular “T” or “Y” designs or with several apertures for cables with multiple branches. They provide strain relief, sealing, and mechanical protection for multi-branched cable harness assemblies. Molded Connectors: Over-molding is a manufacturing procedure for permanently attaching molded connectors to a cable. The boot protects the connection and cable from damage and allows several insertion and removal cycles without wearing out the cable or connector. Boots are made of thermoplastic or silicone. Snagless Connectors: Snagless connections have a redesigned boot to prevent the lock from being mistakenly broken. Snagless connectors are preferable when the cable is connected and removed often. |
What Our Customers are Saying

I have received an shipment of the cables that was supplied (p/o : 5130903714 )
I would like to say thanks you , to you and your staff ( factory ) well done.
I am very happy with the quality of the work, ( C )

Thank you very much for your hot support and efforts for our parts supply.
We received your DC cables with thanks a lot.
All parts passed inspection successfully!

Lead Engineer
I just received the cables. Once again, we are very pleased with the results. We are also looking forward to further cooperation in the future.
Please take care.

I could not ask for anything better in terms of quality since everything arrived in perfect condition.
Thank you very much and I look forward to future projects with Wiringo.
Thanks again for Wiringo's hard work in making this project a success.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I purchase a Cat7 or Cat8 telecom cable assembly for medical imaging from Wiringo?
Yes. We can make Cat7 and Cat8 telecom cable assemblies for medical applications, including imaging. Their high-speed, high-bandwidth capacity properties (multi-gigabyte per second) make them ideal for such applications.
Which telco cable assemblies can I use in applications with limited space?
You can also use coaxial cables with micro-coaxial connectors.
Can I use telco cable assemblies in industrial applications??
Yes, you can. However, we recommend the shielded cable type because it minimizes EMI and RFI during data transmission. This cable is costlier than the unshielded type, but is more suitable for this application.
As for the connector, we recommend cable assemblies with ix Connectors or Mini-FAKRA Connectors for industrial network applications.
